Everyone has their special tricks to help them fight off a cold or flu. Lauren traveled full time for her former job and swears by these few products for staying as healthy as possible despite the cold and flu season. We are not doctors by any means but wanted to share our fall/winter favorites for staying healthy.

Lauren swears by these gummies. If taken when you first feel a tickle in your throat or have symptoms, you can prevent the cold from getting bad or even showing up at all! This has worked recently twice in the last 3 months to keep Lauren from getting sick despite taking care of sick kids and husband!

McCalls favorite choice for fending off those pesky coughs and runny noses is good old fashion Airborne. Especially in the winter time or if she feels a cold coming on she takes ones first thing in the morning and at night before bed. You can also easily drop a tablet in your water bottle and drink as you run errands.

Staying hydrated is very important to staying healthy. We often don't realize we are dehydrated until its too late. A few months ago my husband got the flu and took one of these tablets which helped immensely. Another tip is that these were used on the tennis court by McCalls college tennis team to keep from cramping or getting dehydrated in big matches!
